The TaxAssist Support Centre based in Norwich provides training and support to its UK wide network of accountants. We have recently created an outsourced payroll function for our network and are looking for professional individuals who are seeking to build upon their career and be able to demonstrate their payroll knowledge within a fast-paced environment but still want to learn new challenges every day.

You will be responsible for processing the payrolls and building a professional rapport with both our Franchisees and their clients.  The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

You must have recent payroll experience preferably working for a bureau, processing client payroll would be an advantage and be fully acquainted in the Auto Enrolment legislation. The payroll system used is Brightpay Connect.  Therefore, this role requires someone who possesses a working knowledge of UK Payroll legislation, processes and systems as well as a proven competence to deliver excellent levels of customer service.

The role is full time, 35 hours per week and core hours are from 9.00am – 5.00pm.
