The Opportunity
This is not a typical graduate role. Our Graduate Development Programme has been designed to give successful candidates exposure to every major area of the business over several years. You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive structured training while gaining practical, real-world experience. The objective is to develop individuals who understand how a modern professional services business operates from the ground up.
Throughout the programme, you will gain experience in:
• Business administration and operations
• Client onboarding and relationship management
• Payroll processing and compliance
• Personal income tax returns
• VAT compliance and advisory work
• Annual accounts preparation
• Corporation tax compliance
• Management accounts and bookkeeping
• Making Tax Digital (MTD) processes
• Business advisory services
• Practice management and operational systems
• Client communication and problem solving
As your experience develops, you will gradually take on greater responsibility and become involved in more complex client work and advisory projects.
