Questions and Answers
Am I eligible for furloughing?
You and your employer must agree to put you on furlough in the first instance.
Your employer is then responsible for claiming any amounts due under the Job Retention Scheme and for then paying you what you are entitled to. Speak to your employer about whether they can claim and the process that needs to be followed.
