Companies house to increase fees

As part of if its annual review, Companies House has revealed its new fees for limited companies will be: 

A spokesperson for Companies House said: “We’re amending our fees to bring them in line with the costs of providing our services but also to recover the costs of our new powers being introduced through the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA).” 

ECCTA includes changes to registered office rules and new requirements for the confirmation statement, as well as possible changes to the use of abridged and filleted accounts. Read more here about other changes that are coming that may affect your business.
