If you have the ambition to build a substantial practice over the franchise term, then we need to hear from you. You will need drive and determination to develop a broad client base, generating a turnover of £200,000 - £300,000 and employing staff to service the clients. To do this you will also need to recognise the importance of either operating from a shopfront from day one, or moving to a shopfront within three years of joining us.
