Timing for graduates to realise possibilities 'never better'

It has never been a better time for graduates to realise their post-university possibilities, an expert has claimed.

According to comments made by Jayne Rowley, the publishing director for Graduate Prospects, the widening in the availability of differing opportunities has come as a consequence of the internet.

Ms Rowley also believes that this trend is also beneficial to employers, as it improves the diversity of their pool of potential employees.

"It's not so much the numbers of opportunities that have grown, as much as the accessibility of them," said Ms Rowley.

"The proliferation of job boards and the availability of online application systems mean it's never been easier to see the full range of possibilities open to you."

Indeed, Ms Rowley observed that in addition to an increase in the availability of online systems for job applications, graduates are now able to benefit from an increase in the number of online job boards.
